Showermate S2.6 bar standard twin positive pump is designed to boost the incoming hot and cold water supply to an individual shower, bath/shower mixer, or mixer tap.

Showermate Standard are positive head pumps designed for installation into tank-fed open vented water systems and require a minimum gravity flow of 0.8 l/min.

These positive pumps are:

ideal for boosting incoming hot and cold water supplies to an individual shower, a bath/shower mixer, or a mixer tap. (not to be used for pumping to multiple outlets.)

Pumps are rated in 'bars' which is the measure of pressure - 1bar being equal to 10metres static head of water. The higher the bar rating the higher the performance.

The following may be used as a general guide only for applications:

1.0 bar pressure = Low boost
1.5 - 2.0 bar pressure = Medium boost
3.0 bar pressure+ = High boost.
