| Returns Authorisation Number:
You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number from us, prior to returning any goods.
Please Click Here with your return request, and provide the following information:-
- Customer Name
- Your Order Number
- Item/Product for return
- Quantity for return
- Return Reason
We will then issue you with a Returns Number and Return Address Label.
Goods returned without our Returns Authorisation Number will not be accepted/processed.
Returns – Cancellation/Changed your mind?:
Please notify us, by email, of your returns request and to obtain a Returns Number.
You have the right to cancel your order and return goods within 7 working days from date of delivery receipt for refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Returned goods will only be accepted for refund if they are returned in re-saleable condition, with un-damaged original retail product boxes/packaging, unused, un-fitted and complete with all paperwork and returned within 7 working days from delivery.
- We reserve the right to not accept any products where the packaging is damaged or defaced and therefore unsuitable for resale.
- The goods must not have been installed. If the goods have been installed please contact us for further information.
- Returns that are outside of the 7 days but returned within 28 days of original delivery receipt, will be subject to a restock charge.
- Returns outside of 28 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Please note: Items that are special or are made to order cannot be cancelled or returned.
How To Return Goods:
All products for return MUST be re-packaged into outer packaging/boxes to ensure safe and secure transit, and returned to the address stated on the label provided with your Returns Authorisation Number.
- Customers returning goods themselves are fully responsible for the items being returned and any costs incurred. We recommend that you return via insured/traceable services, obtaining proof of return delivery/postage for your reference, if goods do not arrive in re-saleable condition no refund will be made. Bathroom Hut accept no responsibility in the event of lost/missing parcels or where goods arrive damaged in transit due to in-efficient return methods/packaging.
- Should you wish us to, Bathroom Hut can arrange collection/return of goods on your behalf at a Administration Service Charge of £10.00 (inc.VAT & non-refundable) in addition to the courier collection fee (to be confirmed on request). This is payable prior to collection, or deductable from any refund due on return receipt. Please state if you require this option, when notifying us of your return request.
- Please note that delivery/collection/return costs are non-refundable.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Goods on Delivery:
It is the responsibility of the customer to check all goods on delivery receipt.
You must email us within 48hours of delivery receipt, to advise of any goods found to be damaged, missing or incorrectly delivered.
Original goods will be collected and if required, a replacement/exchange will be made. If you do not require a replacement/exchange, the original items will be collected and returned to us and a refund will be processed on receipt.
Please Note: We reserve the right to collect damaged/incorrect goods for inspection, prior to the despatch of any replacement.
Refund:
All refunds will be processed within 28 days of return receipt, less any applicable re-stocking, delivery and/or service charges (collection/return), and are credited back to the card/account used for original payment.
Any item(s) returned that are found to be missing or damaged without notification, fitted or attempted to be fitted, or are not in re-saleable condition and do not meet with the conditions of return where applicable, will not be accepted or valid for refund.
Returns will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number.
