Definitions:
Us, We, Our, and Website refers to Bathroom Hut – www.bathroomhut.com.
You, Your, the Buyer, and the Customer refers to the person or parties wishing to purchase goods from Bathroom Hut.

Bathroom Hut:- www.bathroomhut.com is an internet based online retailer, and part of the MGA International group of companies. We are a VAT registered (No. 443 91 2943) UK based limited company (Reg. 1688901) using UK banks and payment card processing services.

Making a Purchase:

  1. Just browse our online store. Add items to your basket using the 'Add to Basket' button on any product page.
  2. To view items in your basket, change quantities or remove unwanted items, click on the 'View Basket' button located at the top right corner of the website.
  3. Once you have completed your shopping, click the 'Checkout' button where you will be asked to input your details, invoice and/or delivery address.
  4. On completing your details you will be re-directed to a secure payments page, powered by PayPoint.net (SECPay), to input your payment card details.
  5. Payment will then be authorised.
  6. Upon payment authorisation, you will receive an email confirming payment from (Paypoint.net/Secpay) the card payment processor.
  7. You will also receive an email from Bathroom Hut confirming receipt of your order.
  8. Your order will then be processed.
    Should any goods be out of stock, you will be emailed with an estimated restock date.
  9. We will send you an email when your order is despatched advising estimated delivery date and details.

Back Orders:
If for any reason your goods are out of stock we will email you giving an estimated lead-time for re-stock. If you are happy to wait for re-stock the goods will be placed on back order, and automatically despatched/delivered once re-stocked. You have the option to cancel your order should you prefer not to wait.

Payment:
We accept most major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Visa, Mastercard and Visa Debit payments.
(We do not currently accept Diners cards or American Express).

All payment transactions to Bathroom Hut are authorised and accepted through the PayPoint.net (SECPay) secure payment service provider.
We do not accept orders or payments manually or by telephone.

Acceptance of your order will take place on despatch of the goods ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it. Completion of the contract between you and us will take place on delivery receipt of goods to you.

Pricing:
Prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT. (at the current rate of 20% as of January 2011)

Prices may be subject to change without notice. Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are as accurate as possible, errors can and may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we cannot contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you chose to cancel because of this situation, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to modify and/or withdraw, either temporarily or permanently, any part of (or in total) this website, with or without notice to you, and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or withdrawal.

We reserve the right to revise our Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such revisions will take effect when posted on the website. It is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you use this website, and your continued use of the website and any order you place through it, shall signify your acceptance to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Products supplied are of a technical nature and it is not always practical to publish detailed specifications of all products. Any information/specifications/technical details provided are for reference purposes, intended as a guide only and do not form part of the contract. Any such information provided is correct at time of insertion and is as per information provided or passed on through the Manufacturers, however can and may be subject to change without notice.
It is always recommended to fully check details of any product for compatibility with your requirements. We do not accept any responsibility for this. Full product/technical information can be obtained from the manufacturers directly.

Payment Card Security:
Payment transactions are processed securely using UK banks (Barclaycard) and payment service provider Paypoint.net (SECPay), using secure SSL encryption minimum 128 bit and firewalls. You can be assured that your payment details are securely encrypted during transportation over the Internet, so no one can read your card information. The payment details are only transported to a Bank to authorise your payment transaction and purchase.

PayPoint.net provide secure credit and debit card processing for UK businesses, and comply with the highest level of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS) where all aspects of their platform have been PCI (Payment Card Industry) Data Security Standard Level 1 certified for the last three years in succession. That’s the highest possible level of compliance.

PayPoint.net (SECPay) guarantees that we will never:
a. Pass on your financial details.
b. Pass on any personal information gathered when you place an order.
c. Sell, rent your details, you will never receive junk mail as a result of using PayPoint.

Bathroom Hut does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
d. Send email reminders/newsletters to previous customers. An option to withdraw will be made available.

Tax Charges:
The current rate of 20% VAT is included on all prices shown on the website. (as from January 2011). Tax is subject to change and the correct tax amount will be shown in your shopping basket.

Guarantee/Warranty:
All products come with a new Guarantee/Warranty against defective workmanship and/or faults, effective from date of purchase/receipt. Warranties are direct with the Manufacturer and vary in time-period depending on the product.
Should you require further information on the guarantee/warranty of any product, please contact the relevant Manufacturer directly.
Should it be required to validate a products warranty by means of registration or completing and submitting any guarantee paperwork with the relevant Manufacturer, we recommend you do this as soon as possible on receipt of your goods.
In general warranties will exclude fair wear and tear, damage from inappropriate use/handling/storage, incorrect installation, exposure to noxious or abrasive substances and other such circumstances. We do not accept responsibility for any problems arising with goods, should your guarantee be null and void.

Delivery/Shipping/Handling:
Full information and charges pertaining to Delivery/Shipping/Handling is as outlined under the Delivery page of this website and is undertaken in accordance with and forming part of our Terms & Conditions.

Despatch: We aim to despatch goods that are in stock within 1-2 working days from receipt of your successful order.
Delivery: Goods are normally delivered next working day or within 2 working days from the date of despatch.
Delivery is via Courier Services during business days to the delivery address given on ordering.
A signature WILL be required on delivery receipt.
(Working/Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude weekends/public holidays)

An expected delivery date will be advised on the despatch/shipping notification we email to you. Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries, please do not arrange to install goods until after they have been delivered and fully checked for damage.

Please Note: We do not currently deliver to any destinations outside of Mainland UK.
