All payment transactions with Bathroom Hut are processed securely using UK banks (Barclaycard) and payment service provider Paypoint.net (SECPay), using SSL encryption minimum 128 bit and firewalls, and complying with the highest level of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS) Level 1 certified for the last three years in succession. That’s the highest possible level of compliance.

Is there a delivery charge? How are goods delivered? |

All goods are delivered via Courier Service usually Business Post and will require a signature on delivery receipt. Delivery is free of charge on orders over £75 to mainland England/Wales addresses. What is the standard delivery time? |

Delivery is generally next day or within 24-48 hours from the date orders are despatched, (i.e: the date of our email shipping/despatch notification to you). We aim to despatch orders (subject to stock status) sameday or next day from order receipt and processing. (excluding weekends/public holidays)

We accept most major credit and debit cards, Delta, Visa, Mastercard, Solo/Switch and Maestro payments. We do not currently accept Diners cards or American Express.

What happens if you don't have my product/goods in stock? |

If for any reason your goods are out of stock we will contact you by email. You will always be advised an estimated lead-time for re-stock. If you are happy to wait for re-stock the goods will be placed on back order, and once received will be automatically despatched and you will be notified. You have the option to cancel your order should you prefer not to wait.

The costs of providing telephone ordering would require us to raise our prices, so in order to keep costs down, we offer a quick reply by email and can if necessary attach links for more information or images. How do I place an order online? |

- Add items to your basket by selecting from any drop-down boxes or radio buttons (where applicable) and clicking the 'Buy Now' button.
- To view items in your basket, change quantities or remove unwanted items, click on the 'View Basket' button located at the top right corner of the website.
- Once you have completed your shopping, click on the 'Checkout' button where you will be asked to input your invoice/delivery address details.
- On completing your details you will be re-directed to a secure payments page, powered by PayPoint.net (SECPay), to input your payment card details.
- Payment will then be authorised. Upon payment authorisation, you will receive an email confirming payment from (Paypoint.net/Secpay) the card payment processor.
- You will also receive an email from Bathroom Hut confirming receipt of your order.
- Your order will then be processed.
Should any goods be out of stock, you will be emailed with an estimated restock date.
- We will send you an email when your goods are despatched advising estimated delivery date and details.
